A friend brought me a jar of orange marmalade thinking I might be able to use it in a cupcake. I asked my fb followers their favorite orange pairings and the hands down winner was chocolate. Other ideas were cranberry, champagne, almond, and ginger. I opted to go for a dark chocolate cupcake with an orange marmalade, ginger, and cream filling. I then topped it with an orange tinted frosting ball with a stem and a leaf. I'm looking forward to delivering these to my contest winner.
