Freezing/Storage Instructions

Most of my baked products freeze very well.  If you're uncertain, please send me a message on FB or Instagram or via e-mail with your questions.

Decorated Cookies/Cake Pops/Cookie Cakes/Cupcakes

Place the sealed packages inside a hard sided container and place in freezer.  When you want to eat them, remove the entire container from the freezer and let it come to room temperature.  DO NOT OPEN the container until the cookies are thawed so that the condensation will form on the outside of the container.  Do not freeze cupcakes that have fruit on top.  Do not store cookies, cookie cakes, or cupcakes in the refrigerator.  These items stay fresh at room temperature for several days as long as they are kept in the packaging.  Store cake pops away from any heat source as the chocolate coating will melt.  Cake pops can be store in the fridge for several weeks.

Lemon and Lime Curd

The curd is canned and is shelf stable for 3-6 months.  Once opened the curd must be refrigerated.  The curd can be frozen either before or after opening but some separation may occur once thawed.  Simply stir to recombine.
